How our release pages work, the services they link to and the choices available to you.
About these pages
ReleaseLoft helps artists and labels connect listeners with their music and communities. These terms cover our public Smart Link pages and the visitor features offered on them.
Choose where you listen
A music-service button takes you to a third-party website or app. That service controls its own accounts, subscriptions, purchases, availability and playback. Its own terms and privacy policy apply when you use it. A link or click does not guarantee that a track will play automatically.
Early Access and artist updates
Joining an Early Access list is optional. The signup explains the information requested and the updates you are choosing to receive. Follow any confirmation step shown. You can stop emails through the unsubscribe or preference-management link in those emails. Leaving a mailing list and changing cookie preferences are separate actions.
Privacy and your choices
We record basic page visits and music-service clicks to understand how release pages perform. Optional analytics and advertising tools only start after you accept them. Use Privacy at the bottom of a release page to review the privacy policy, change your preferences or turn off optional tracking. You can use the music links without accepting optional tracking.
Content and fair use
Music, artwork, names and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. A Smart Link does not grant permission to copy, redistribute or commercially use that material. Do not use these pages to impersonate others, infringe rights, distribute harmful content or interfere with the service.
Availability and changes
Release pages, campaign details and destinations can change or be removed. Third-party services may restrict content by country, account type or release date. If a destination is unavailable, you can try another service on the page.
